Yup'ik Eskimo Study

SEAFOOD.COM NEWS [seafoodnews.com] - March 25, 2011 - A study of Yup'ik Eskimos in Alaska, who on average consume 20 times more omega-3 fats from fish than people in the lower 48 states, suggests that a high intake of these fats helps prevent obesity-related chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

Mazzetta donates one million seafood meals

U.S.-based hunger-relief agency SeaShare on Thursday recognized seafood supplier Mazzetta Company for its dedicated effort to help feed more seafood to hungry Americans.

Over one million servings of high-protein seafood were donated last year, making Mazzetta SeaShare’s number one donor of 2010.
