Processing Salmon Into Steaks



The cutting of the salmon into steaks is what we are showing you in this video. It all starts with salmon donated by fishermen and processors in the Bering Sea and Gulf of Alaska. Coastal Transportation then donates the freight to bring the fish to Seattle. The fish then makes its way to Custom Seafoods for processing and packaging. Seafreeze Cold Storage stacks and readies the fish for the receiving food banks.
